Leaving the Slums of Dublin:
We woke up at 8:00 a.m. with our bags still packed ready to leave the slums of Dublin. At 9:00 a.m we made someone meet us in the apartment to tell us what was going on, and we explained to them that we want to move to the original apartment or get our money back. Well she explained that they had overbooked the original apartments so we would have to get a refund. This was fine because we went to the Holiday Inn instead, and it was located in the nicer part of Dublin (South of the River Liffey).

South of the River Liffey:
After taking a taxi to the Holiday Inn, it was 1:00 p.m. and we were ready to see the city. We went directly to the Temple Bar area which was known for its pubs and restaurants. The walk took only a few minutes and we arrived at the Elifent Castle restaurant at 6:00 p.m. for dinner. After dinner we went to the actual Temple Bar which is one of the more famous bars in Dublin.

After leaving there, we went to the Auld Dubliner Bar to listen to Brian Brody. He is a well known Irish performer who only visits his hometown of Dublin to perform once a year. We left the Auld Dubliner at 2:00 a.m. and went back to the Holiday Inn.
